For silky soft hair: mix 3 parts olive oil and 1 part honey. Heat in microwave for 30-45 seconds (until it just begins to boil). Stir until well blended. When still warm, but cool enough to touch apply to damp towel dried hair and comb through. Wrap in towel or put up in a plastic shower cap or bag, let sit for 20-30 minutes. Rinse thoroughly, Shampoo, Condition.
Para o cabelo macio e sedoso: misture três partes de óleo de oliva e uma parte de mel. No microondas por 30-45 segundos (até que ela só começa a ferver). Mexa até misturar bem. Quando ainda quente, mas frio o suficiente para tocar aplicar nos cabelos húmidos e pentei. Enrole em uma toalha ou coloque uma touca de banho ou saco de plástico, deixe descansar por 20-30 minutos. Enxágue bem, lave com Shampoo e amaciador.
